3-4 Hrs. We conduct Exterior and Room by Room analysis taking pictures and making notes. We then return to our office where a detailed report and a list of recommendations are prepared. Copies are provided to Homeowner and Realtor within 24 hrs. from consultation. Send your pictures via e-mail and we will provide you with valuable tips on how to improve your space. This is perfect for those who reside outside of our area! Home Staging to Sell Hands on service using Sellers existing furniture and accessories. Rental furnishings are also available from our inventory at a very reasonable cost. We can do as much or as little as you need. Vacant Homes especially need staging so that buyers can visualize what to do with the space.
In a vacant home, we bring items from our inventory. Adding furniture and accessories such as plants, pictures and rugs. We can create a warm inviting feeling that will make a buyer want to move in. We will also make suggestions for paint, carpeting and any other affordable improvements that will enhance the sale of the home. *Payment for services is due at the time of service.
