Official Rules for Staging Consultation Contest

Introduction: B Staged to Sell is offering this promotion (the "Drawing") open to bstagedtosell.com users only. By participating in the Drawing, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules.

Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (and the District of Columbia) and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are at least 18 years old. Subject to all federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations. Odds of winning in this particular drawing depend on the number of eligible entries received for the drawing. Void in Quebec, Puerto Rico and where prohibited.

Timing: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET"), November 10, 2007, and ends at 11:50 p.m. ET, January 31, 2008, (the "Promotion Period").

How to Enter: Go to http://www.bstagedtosell.com/register/ and follow the links and instructions for entry. After you have submitted the required information, you will receive one (1) entry into the Drawing.

For all entries: LIMIT: one (1) entry per person per day. All entries must be received online during the Promotion Period. All entries become the exclusive property of Drawing Sponsor, and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Drawing Sponsor. Drawing Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, which will be disqualified. Use of any automated system to submit entries is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any online entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

Drawings: Prize Drawing: The Prize Drawing will be conducted in accordance with these Official Rules on or about November 15, 2007. Entrants selected must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Except where prohibited, potential winners must sign and return to Drawing Sponsor, within ten (10) business days of being notified, an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release in order to claim his/her prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within three days (72 hours) after the first attempt to contact him/her or if he/she fails to sign and return the affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within the required time period, an alternate entrant will be selected in his/her place at random from among all eligible entries received.

Prize: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected eligible entrant. The prize for which an entrant is eligible for entering through bstagedtosell.com is a complimentary staging consultation.  The selected eligible entrant who would like to redeem their consultation prize in Baltimore or Harford Counties in Maryland, may receive an in-home consultation.  The selected eligible entrant who would like services in any other eligible place other than Harford and Baltimore Counties, may receive a one time e-mail or phone consultation. 

All arrangements are subject to availability and scheduling of the home stager who is assigned, and consultation must take place before March 30, 2008

Estimated Retail Value: $350.00Prize Restrictions:

• Prize is non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash

• All consultations are subject to availability of the home stager.

• Appointment must be made no later than December 31^st, 2007.

• All taxes, and Fees are not included.

Winner must be 18 years of age when drawing is executed.   Prize is subject to availability at time of appointment scheduling.  Blackout periods might apply. Once appointment is scheduled, arrangements may not be changed. Prize must be accepted as awarded with no substitution. Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit, in whole or in part, for any other service. Any expenses not specified are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Drawing constitutes winners consent to Sponsor use of winner’s name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

Release: By entering this Drawing, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless, B Staged to Sell. Bstagedtosell.com, , each of their related companies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Drawing or receipt or use of any prize.

Limitations of Liability: Drawing Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (ii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (iv) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Drawing or the processing of entries; or (v) any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to entrant’s computer, hardware or software, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Drawing.

Disputes: Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Drawing, or any prizes awarded, other than the administration of the Drawing or the determination of winners shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the District of Maryland or the appropriate Maryland State Court ; (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Drawing but in no event attorneys fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Drawing, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Maryland, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Maryland or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Maryland.
